Use the checklist below to create your own revenue generating Cross Sell Flow.

Step 1 - Create the offer
- [ ] Find out what your top 3-4 selling products are
- [ ] Use your top seller as the trigger
- [ ] Choose the best 2 products that aren’t your best seller as the cross sell products
Step 2 - Create the emails
- [ ] Remember to showcase the benefits of the products
- [ ] Use good images!
- [ ] Create 3 emails
- [ ] Email 1: Focus on the benefits of your 2nd best seller
- [ ] Email 2: Focus on the benefits of your 3rd best seller
- [ ] Email 3: Remind reader of benefits of both, use images, test coupon
Step 3 - Set up the flow
- [ ] Flow is trigger from “Placed Order” - add delay so it doesn’t overlap your Post Purchase flow
- [ ] Use Flow Triggers as needed to filter based on product purchases and to remove people that purchase while in the Cross Sell Flow
- [ ] Space Cross Sell Flow emails by 1-2 days each
